For the first time in many years, we can feel proud of the Uruguayan Team's attitude and achievements. This group of more than 30 compatriots, not only got the 4th place in the last World Cup, but also taught us many valuable lessons that could be useful for any group, even for working or studying. Those values took them to that wonderful place, but could help anybody in any moment.
One of them is the conviction on themselves, the team worked well because each member was very strong on his own labor and they were always encouraging each other. In addition to this, all the organization was very respectful, not only when they were playing, but also outside the stadium with journalists and supporters. Even with all the country, because they were updating information and videos of the matches and their stay.
Although they could not achieve the first place, they never gave up. Each match was played like the final one and when the result was not on their favor, they never showed anger, but they worked really harder to improve their performance. Finally, the patriotism that was exposed by the team was reflected into the society. The followers were constantly expecting news about what they were doing and the feedback that was given exceeded the expectations.
To conclude, the message that this great team left us and that any Uruguayan will not forget, is that with effort, humility, commitment and good teamwork it is possible to achieve any desired goal.
